Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Oleg Cassini is an international brand and all purchases are made on our website. When you place an order you may be charged an international transaction fee. This is a fee charged by your bank on certain accounts. If you would like to avoid paying this fee either confirm the fees with your bank or pay for your purchase using PayPal. 


We do not offer made to measure gowns. All our gowns are either 'in stock' or 'made to order'. An 'in stock' item is a one that has already been produced and is available in our overseas warehouse. This will take approximately 3 weeks to be delivered. A 'made to order' item is one that is only made once you make your purchase. Each 'made to order' item will have its own time frame for production. As a guide it will generally be over 10 weeks. 'Made to order' items are not made to your specific measurements but is made in the standard size that you choose. Please note there are no refunds on 'made to order' items as they are made for you at the time of ordering. Please review our returns policy for more information.


It is your responsibility to select the size that is correct for you. Our showroom staff may offer advice and assistance. However, it is up to you which size you select. Before attending your appointment, we highly recommend reviewing our sizing and measurement guide. We do not offer exchanges in the event that you have ordered the incorrect size. 


Once you have received your item, it is your responsibility to check it and try it on. If there are any issues with the item or the sizing you need to contact us within 14 days to see if we are able to resolve this issue for you. After this time we will not be able to resolve the issue unless your item you have received does not comply with local consumer laws.
